Return and Refund

• Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for a $10 return shipping fee.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email.
• Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and you must provide proof of purchase.
• Return Process: Contact support via email to initiate a return request, providing your order number and reason.
